Bai Kamara Jr. is a singer/songwriter, producer from Sierra Leone who has been based in Belgium for almost 20 years.

His music can be best described as soul, funk, R&B, rock, afro and latin, wrapped around a jazzy vibe.

He has self-produced 5 albums to date, recently Bai he has been supporting Vanessa Paradis for 10 shows in France for her successful 2013 “Love Album Tour”.

Bai’s involvement and commitment to humanitarian issues hasled him to work with such artist as Youssou N’dour for UNHCR “Building Bridges” album in Senegal.

In Belgium he has collaborated and toured with Dani Klein of Vaya Con Dios on numerous occasions.

In 2008 Bai contributed 2 songs to the soundtrack of Spanish film director Paco Torres’s “Magic of Hope” in which he also made a cameo appearance and is now working on the theme song of his next film.

Bai is an active member of Amnesty International and often works closely with them on various campaigns in Belgium.

A brilliant composer who demonstrates his very diverse musical talent in his 5 albums (Living Room, Urban Gipsy, Disposable Society, This Is Home and Mystical Survivors).

In March 2017, Bai released his 5th upcoming soul/R&B album “Bai Kamara Jr Presents The Mystical Survivors and The Some Rare Earthlings vol 1” on T4A/PIAS.
